How quickly can we start?
Discovery usually starts within 5–10 working days of a signed scope. Smaller website and branding projects can often start sooner.
Do you work on retainer or per project?
Both. Build work (websites, platforms, branding) is priced per project. Marketing and automation are monthly, with a 3-month minimum so there is enough runway to learn.
Who actually does the work?
A named senior lead owns your account end to end and is in every review. We do not hand accounts to juniors after the pitch.
How do you use AI, exactly?
For research synthesis, creative variant generation, video production volume, personalisation and reporting. Not for final strategy, not for unreviewed publishing. Every client-facing asset passes a human sign-off.
